Cathy Starr - Licensee

Cathy is Licensee in charge and  owner along with Margie O'Brien, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Stock and Station Agent. Originally from Newport Beach in Sydney, Cathy also possesses first hand experiance in a variety of rural pursuits throughout regional Australia. Cathy has sold more homes over the last few years in the Valla Beach district than any other agent.  Extensive training in marketing includes regular John McGrath Workshops so you can expect nothing but the best in service.

Margie O'Brien      -    Manager

Margie is the Manager and owner along with Cathy Starr.  Margie returned to Valla Beach after sailing along Australia’s East Coast as far as Lizard Island in the North and east to New Caledonia & Vanuatu to purchase Valla Real Estate along with Cathy Starr to become the new oweners.  Some would remember Margie when the New Valla Real Estate first commenced being our original Office Manager.
