Margie, Manager and owner from 2008, now has 2 new partners in Valla Real Estate being Christine Vincent and Caterina Cooper joining the Company as co owners.  Margie returned to Valla Real Estate in 2007 after sailing along Australia’s East Coast as far as Lizard Island in the North and East to New Caledonia & Vanuatu, to purchase Valla Real Estate and become the new owner in 2008.  Some would remember Margie when the New Valla Real Estate first commenced in 2004. 

Chris Vincent     -      Licensee

Chris has a career spanning over 27 years in Real Estate.  After commencing in 2005 as Valla Real Estate Property Manager, Chris took the opportunity to buy into the company and become the Licensee, giving superior service to our Rental & Holiday Properties.

Caterina who joined Valla Real Estate in 2005 - 2006 has now returned to become a co owner along with Margie O'Brien and Chris Vincent.  Raised on the Northern  Beaches and previously from the Central Coast, Caterina relocated to the Mid North Coast in 2005 and has maintained a career in Real Estate since 1998. Realising her passion to help people achieve their goals and matching buyers to their dream properties, becoming part of this motivated team is just the beginning of an exciting  journey..!

Glenn Mitcham

Glenn is a fourth generation family member in the Nambucca Valley. Glenn has grown up in Nambucca Heads attending local schools, working for local employers and involvement in the Nambucca Heads & Scotts Heads Surf Life Saving Clubs. Glenn has returned to Real Estate after previously working in the industry in 2002. Glenn’s previous employment includes the motor trade, sales, commercial vessels and employment services. Glenn has also received a number of bravery awards from a rescue he was involved in, in 2004.
